We have to carry on the legacy. We have to help others, because other people who are immigrants that have a problem, they don’t have a voice. And we have to stand there and be a voice for them.
Update (3/10/2017): One day after testifying in front of Congress about “putting a stop to such blatant discrimination,” Ali was turned away from his flight after additional questioning. He was only allowed to board his domestic flight after showing his passport. Luckily, he had an ally onboard.
